Stephen, prior to the 2016 acquisition by Payroc, served as Managing Partner/CEO of The iTransact Group, LLC, an Independent Sales Organization that markets credit card processing services through Strategic Alliances, CPA’s, Financial Professionals, Health Benefits Brokers, and Property Casualty Agents. Presently, Stephen sits on the board of Payroc. Previously, he served as Managing Partner/ CEO of My ePHIT, LLC; an online wellness company focused on fitness, nutrition, and mindset. He was one of the company’s four founding partners that successfully took it from an idea stage through an acquisition by AXIA Health Management, LLC in 2006.
Stephen began his business career in 1974 with Mutual of New York (MONY) in Boise, Idaho as an insurance professional and qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in his first year. In 1986, he became the General Manager of MONY's Intermountain Agency, with sales offices in Idaho and Utah, where he led that organization to MONY's number one agency in 1989. The balance of his career with MONY, from 1990 through 2001, was in New York at MONY's Home Office, as a Senior Officer responsible for MONY's career distribution. Stephen has served on various business, community and professional boards. He is a graduate of Boise State University with Bachelor of Business Administration. He is a CLU and ChFC.
Porter J. Hall
Porter spent 33 years with Arthur Andersen LLP, where he was a Senior Partner and Managing Partner of the Utah Practice, specializing in public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions. He served companies in many industries including several significant Network Marketing Companies. After retiring from Arthur Andersen he helped create My ePHIT an online wellness company serving 25 million customers across the US. He served as Managing Partner /Chairman of the Board. He also served as chairman and director of a number of private and public companies and community and educational organizations.
Porter also served as the President of Monavie for one year, working directly with the distributors and assisting them in growing their businesses and realizing their dreams. Porter was most recently the Managing Partner/ Chairman of the board of the iTransact Group, an Independent Sales Organization that markets credit card processing services through CPA’s and other Strategic Alliances. Payrock recently acquired Itransact. Porter received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
Clinton E. Hall
Clint entered the insurance industry in 1998 with Mutual of New York (MONY) in New York, NY as an Insurance Professional for MONY Sports Marketing helping Professional Athletes protect their income. An advocate for teamwork, Clint has dedicated his career to creating collaboration among different Financial Professionals. His coordinated approach helps handle the complex needs of high earning professionals and provides insight on protection strategies and insurance solutions.
As Managing Partner, of Concord Wealth Management, Clint built a one of its kind planning network to help Financial Professionals elevate their practice with strategic marketing and advanced planning concepts. Creator of The Private Label Experience, he is recognized as an industry thought leader with expertise in life insurance planning and team development. Using innovative techniques, Clint helps people merge planning fundamentals with implementation.
Clint earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware.
Glenn V. Bicicchi
After graduating from Western Illinois University in 1975 with a degree in marketing Glenn began his career in the insurance industry. Early in his career he began to specialize in Disability Insurance when he realized that your income is your most important asset and how little everyone fully understood the importance of the definitions for each of their own professional occupations and the proper coverages that were needed, which were missing.
In his 40 plus years he has worked with fortune 500 companies as well as individuals. Glenn finds a way to integrate and layer the proper coverages to maximize their income protection to secure the lifestyles his clients have become accustomed to.
Glenn’s hobbies include coaching distance runners, golf, and spending time with his family.
Vincent G. Bicicchi
Vince entered the insurance industry in 2004. He has extensive experience in developing comprehensive strategies for individuals, families and business owners across the country.
Collaboratively with the Signature Income Solutions team, Vince helps educate and organize clientele through complex issues empowering them to make critical decisions with confidence and clarity. Vince is committed to prioritizing goals, building an efficient income protection plan, and avoiding unnecessary risk along the way.
Vince graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelors Degree of Business Administration. He currently resides in Phoenix, AZ and actively enjoys hiking, curling, secretly watching reality television with his wife Diana, and playing in the dirt with his boys Graham & Brooks.
LouAnn Santelli Bicicchi
LouAnn has been working in the insurance industry as business development and office administrator alongside Glenn for 30 years. In the past 6 years she been involved in merchant services as a business developer with a strong network focus on CPAs, attorneys and financial professionals.
She brings her ability to network effectively, follow up, multi-task, and business development skills to the team.
Her hobbies include; trying to learn to golf, close friends and most of all her family.
